Returns

SKYLA SHANELL wants you to be satisfied every time you shop. We understand you may want to occasionally return items because they're not quite right for you. For those times, here's what we can do for you:

Return for Store Credit Only

NO refunds or cancellations.

Store credit only. Items purchased from SKYLA SHANELL are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery. 

Customer are responsible for return shipping.

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

 

Follow instructions below to return items postmarked within 7 days of delivery date. Any packages returned to us outside of the 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit amount. Please ensure conditions below are met before returning. SKYLA SHANELL does not offer complimentary RMA's (return labels). It is the customers' responsibility to pay the shipping fees associated with returning the package. Once your return has been received, Store Credit in the form of an eGift card will be issued which can be used immediately on the purchase of your exchange items. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the subtotal only. Returns are processed within 72 business hours of being received.

Conditions

Items must be in their original condition and sanitary protection labels in place. IF ORIGINAL LABELS ARE NOT ATTACHED, ITEMS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUSED!

We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the damage/worn item returned to them. If the customer declines to pay for shipping charge, the customer will be charged a 50% damage fee which will be deducted from the original price of the item and credited for the remaining balance. Please note that items sold as a set must be returned as a set. If only top/bottom is received, the package will be refused.

We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.

 

Damaged or Defective Goods

At SKYLA SHANELL, we take pride in our products and undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us at info@skylashanell.com within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at NO additional charge to you.

International Orders

Please note for all international returns all shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Orders

Please note for all domestic returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to us.
